First Citizens National Bank is proud to be a community bank. Chartered in Dyer County, Tennessee in 1889, the bank now has 18 locations along the western border of Tennessee and proudly serves customers in Weakley, Obion, Dyer, Lauderdale, Tipton, Shelby and Fayette Counties. One of our greatest challenges is to remain small as we continue to grow. We take pride in the community banking culture that has been such an integral part of the success of First Citizens and work diligently to maintain an atmosphere of individualized personal service and customer attention.

We recognize the importance of retaining quality employees. Twenty-five percent (66) of First Citizens' staff is comprised of officers having the rank of Vice President or higher. The average tenure of this group is in excess of sixteen years. When considering only Executive Officers the average tenure increases to 32 years. Customers appreciate doing business with someone familiar with their financial needs and who understands their business and personal goals.
